Returns Policy

You may return most new, unworn, unopened items within 7 days (post marked) of delivery for store credit, exchange, or a refund ONLY with an approved "Return Authorization*".  Custom items can not be returned and include but not limited to sizes 2X and 3X, and colors other than white.  During Check Out the purchaser confirmed they know of and understand how to correctly take fitting measurements, and correlate those measurements to the Underslips.com sizing charts; And, verified that such measurements were taken and logically applied to the purchase from Underslips.com.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to all 50 contigous US states and Hawaii/Alaska.  Currently, international and APO are not an option.

Note, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes so you must enter a typical physical address.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, unless we are running a promotion otherwise.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

* Note: "Return Authorization" allows buyer to return item to Underslips.  Upon a complete inspection to ensure item is new and unused condition a refund of up to 75% of merchandise value will be given.  Each item is custom made to order in the USA, and this policy reflects our posted restocking fee for returned merchandise.  Less than new undergarments are not eligible for resale.
